Terms and Conditions

Orders: Prima Natural™ orders are hand crafted and packaged, order by order. This takes time and care. Your product selections are made and shipped as soon as possible. We strive to have your orders ready to ship within about two weeks (usually less). Please allow time for weekends and holidays. Orders are processed in order of receipt. Rush orders are generally not feasible.

Please contact us at soap@primanatural.com if you experience problems with order placement. For your safety and security, we do not accept credit card information by phone or maintain such information here at Prima Natural or our parent company Candle Bee Farm, LLC.

Gift orders: During the checkout process you may enter a different 'ship to' name and address than the billing information. When this occurs, it is assumed that the order is a gift order. A colorful gift card is enclosed with 'Sent to' and 'From' information. You may also enter a short message for your recipient in the comments section. Only one shipping destination is possible per order.

Shipping for website orders: Only one shipping destination is accepted per order. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address.

Shipping for destinations within the contiguous, continental United States of America is a flat rate of $5.25 per order. Due to our rural location and to maintain this low cost shipping policy, we select the shipping option…usually US Postal Service Priority Mail or UPS ground delivery, our choice. We can not use other shipping companies from this area. Express, overnight or rush shipments are not accepted or honored and either USPS or UPS shipping will be utilized at our discretion.

Shipping cost for destinations outside of the contiguous, continental United States and for international destinations are calculated by the shopping cart when the shipping address is entered. This occurs previous to placing the order.

International orders shipped to countries other than the USA are sent via the US Postal Service. Please allow extra time for customs clearance and mailing.

International customers may be charged an import duty when merchandise crosses your border. Any customs, taxes and/or import fees are the full responsibility of the customer.

Prima Natural is not responsible for breakage or damage to items shipped outside of the USA. All international orders are shipped FOB shipping point and the customer assumes risk for loss or damage. Prima Natural does not pay for or accept returns from foreign countries.

Specials and Promotions: Special codes must be entered at checkout online on orders placed within the time frame for the special or promotion. Prima Natural can not apply these for you or make adjustments before, during or after the special or promotion.

Cancellation/Returns: The placement of an order is considered to be a contract between the customer to pay the amount indicated on the shopping cart and Prima Natural (a division of Candle Bee Farm, LLC) to send the ordered items. Cancelled orders will have 15% of the total, or $5, whichever is higher, deducted from any potential refund. Changes to an order will be charged an additional 6% of the change amount to cover credit card processing fees.

No returns of soaps, personal care items or cleansing products will be accepted or refunded. These products are not resalable. This is for the safety and security of our customers. We would never sell a personal care product to you that was returned from someone else.

Prima Natural™ items are natural products. As such, color variations are normal and not a reason for return. Shipping cost in either direction is not refundable. If you have a legitimate issue with a product, please contact Prima Natural within 5 days after receipt: soap@primanatural.com

If your package arrives damaged do not open the package and contact soap@primanatural.com within 3 business days after its arrival.

If your order arrives incorrect please contact soap@primanatural.com within 5 days of receipt so that we may address the issue.

Payment: Payment may be made by VISA, MasterCard, or check/money order in US dollars. All orders are to be made online through the secure shopping cart. We do not receive credit card information here at Prima Natural. Again, this is for the safety and security of our customers. Privacy: Customer personal information and/or email addresses are not shared with any party or company or party other than the Candle Bee Farm™, Prima Natural™ and/or Nature Tails™ label. Information entered online is transmitted via secure, encrypted, automated systems. Your credit card information is not received or maintained by Prima Natural.

Contact: This is a real, working farm. We do not have telephone receptionists or an outsourced answering service. We are usually making products or fulfilling orders and not in proximity to a telephone. Wax work and soap making are time and temperature dependent. Once the process is started, it can not be abandoned to answer the phone. We do check email as often as possible.

Prima Natural is not open to the public or visitation. We are a real, working farm and must remain working. Otherwise, products would not get made or shipped.

Catalog: There are no printed catalogs as these can not be easily updated for new items and are costly to create, print and mail. Please view our products on the website(s). This is also more environmentally friendly.

Disclaimer: Although allergic reactions to our pure and natural ingredients are uncommon, we recommend all customers test the products first by using them sparingly or on a small test patch of skin for 24 hours. If any type of reaction occurs, discontinue use. The information presented on our website(s) is not meant to diagnose or treat any medical condition or replace the advice or care of a qualified healthcare professional.
